We hope you like the selection we have to offer. Here at Gabriella's Candles we use only the best products on the market to make all of our candles and soaps from Penreco Gel, Paraffin, Soy, Bees Wax, all natural Glycerin for our Soaps, Aloe Vera in our Shower Gels, and Pure Essential Oils in our Aromatherapy Candles. We won't sell you a candle or soap that we wouldn't use in our own home. We use NO LEAD wicks in all of our candles for a clean burn.

We currently do not offer a mailing catalog. Our on-line store is our most up to date catalog.

$ 0.01 - $ 19.99 = $ 6.95
$ 20.00 - $ 49.99 = $ 8.95
$ 50.00 - $ 99.99 = $ 10.95
$ 100.00 - $ 199.99 = $ 13.95
$ 200.00 and over = $ 17.95

A $ 1.70 is added to all on-line orders for handling charges and to insure your package during shipping in case it is lost or damaged. This guarantees replacements or refunds at no additional charge to you. Need your order in a hurry? We also have priority shipping, just choose this option at check out. Additional charges will apply.

We stand behind every product that we sell. If your merchandise is defective or you received the wrong product, you may return it for full refund or replacement. Most order placed are made to order therefore a 25% restocking fee will be charged on product that in no longer wanted or needed. We can not accept returns on soaps or shower gels due to sanitary reasons unless we shipped to you in error. All returns must be made within 15 days. If received after the 15 days only 50% credit will be applied. Customer pays all shipping charges. No returns can be accepted after 30 days. Complete instructions for returns are included in your order.

All items are made to order. Standard size orders ship out within 2-3 days from Lake Villa, Illinois via USPS
Larger bulk orders can take up to 10 days to ship. If paying my check funds must clear from your bank before your order will ship. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

Need your order in a hurry? We can ship via Priority Mail at your request. Please be aware that there will be an additional charge for this service plus 2-3 day to process your order.

We ship anywhere in the US and Canada, shipping charges are listed above.
We will ship international orders but please note that there will be an additional shipping charge required and can range from $25.00 to $35.00. Please contact us before placing your order to receive a quote on shipping outside the US.

Illinois residents are subject to sales tax.
